I was first contact by Ashley by a text saying she got what I was looking for vehicle wise. Then Mark greeting the wife and I at the door who was very helpful and professional. After finding the exact vehicle we want he then turn us over to Darren after completing the necessary paperwork who help us on the financial side and secured us a lower interest rating then our bank Gulf Winds. Darren then proceed to explained the different type of package deal that help us ease any worry about what will or not be coverage during the purchase of our vehicle. After the financial side was done we was directed back to Mark who proceed to help us with the set up of the VW app. Mark was dedicated to making sure the wife and I was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle before leaving the dealership. Mark definitely made life easier from understanding the remote app and the control panel inside the vehicle. Kudos to the whole Pete Moore's team why we continue to do business with them as a whole. The salesmanship and service have been good. I’m a regular patron at the dealership. I ran into a couple of snags regarding my down payment. My check with my previous address was not refused for I’m a regular patron at the dealership. I ran into a couple of snags regarding my down payment. My check with my previous address was not refused for a down payment, but had been accepted for service work many times. Regarding the amount I have spent on service at this dealership for my previous VW car, I would have thought I would have been offered a better trade in amount, not the case. The car detail after purchase was noticeably dirty with marks on the interior and windows. Larry is an excellent salesman and was very helpful. Generally, I feel that Pete Moore Imports has been helpful and has looked out for my best interest, with the exception of the down payment and trade. I had to send a wire transfer which was problematic and stressful. Still not sure why my check was refused when checks had been accepted for expensive car service at the dealership. More
