The salesmanship and service have been good. I’m a regular patron at the dealership. I ran into a couple of snags regarding my down payment. Regarding the amount I have spent on service at this dealership for my previous VW car, I would have thought I would have been offered a better trade in amount, not the case. The car detail after purchase was noticeably dirty with marks on the interior and windows. Larry is an excellent salesman and was very helpful. Generally, I feel that Pete Moore Imports has been helpful and has looked out for my best interest, with the exception of the down payment and trade. I had to send a wire transfer which was problematic and stressful. Still not sure why my check was refused when checks had been accepted for expensive car service at the dealership. More

Kyle Prell was great! I originally stopped by with my Daughter to search for her 1st car, we were impressed with his knowledge and affability. Now we are actually looking forward to going back in tbe next few weeks to get Kyle’s help in procuring a second vehicle (for my daughter). I highly recommend Kyle as he is a “car guy” the seems to have studied all the proverbial bells and whistles on every car on the lot! The process was easy. More

Brought my pristine 2021 Atlas in for routine/warranted oil change and tire rotation . My bumper and right quarter panel was severely damaged. They let me drive away without telling me about the damage ( oil change and tire rotation . My bumper and right quarter panel was severely damaged. They let me drive away without telling me about the damage (I didn’t do a walk around before I left). Luckily I had to stop at a store not too far away and noticed the damage. I went directly back to the service dept. They didn’t”investigative” search and admitted that someone hit a box in the wash bay. The GM attitude was more or less “whoops “ and we’ll fix it. They told me they would replace the bumper..,. guess what…they let me drive away thinking they had replaced the bumper ..,THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE BUMPER!!! Now my car with less than 25000 has diminished value. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for a corrected invoice of the “work” they did so I can make a diminished value claim….also was given the wrong insurance card (of theirs) in order to make a claim. This review is a cautionary tale…. can’t trust them and will no longer get my or my family and friends business. Will buy my cars elsewhere and do service elsewhere also. More
