We just purchased our 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Step One and the customer support was 100% worth the 8 hour drive. I had many questions over the phone and Carlos and Michael answered every single one. I received all the information i asked for quickly. I especially enjoyed the personal video that Carlos sent introducing himself and showing us the jeep. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. I also want to say how awesome they were at helping us put our tires on our new jeep. They kept us informed throughout the process. When we left they even texted us the next day to check in and see if we got home safely. **Five-Star Review for Noel Afanador and Nick Buccina** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I find it most necessary to inform the leadership of Morgan Auto Group about the outstanding performance of two exceptional individuals, Noel Afanador and Nick Buccina, regarding the purchase of my 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel. At the beginning of the process, there was a slight mix-up that required me to return to the dealership to re-sign papers. Initially, I was a bit disturbed, but then I met Noel. He took me under his wing and ensured that everything was in order. When my truck had a warning light that wouldn’t go off, Noel introduced me to the Jerry Ulm Service Department, with whom I am very familiar as this is probably the fifth or sixth vehicle I’ve purchased at this dealership. One of the main reasons I always return is because of Nick. My first purchase was with him when he was a salesman, and it’s clear that his leadership skills were recognized, as he is now the used car manager at Port Ritchie Ford. Please don’t stop there; this guy will take the company far into the future. Noel kept me informed about the status of my truck every day, sometimes three or four times a day. When I recently picked up the truck after having the service module repaired, side steps, and a tonneau cover installed, I was blown away. Noel recommended gloss side steps to better fit the diamond black pearl stripe on the bottom of the truck, making it even more beautiful. I hope this review reaches the highest level of leadership for these individuals. A raise or bonus is certainly in order. These two gentlemen treat the Morgan Auto Group as their own family and provide customers with VIP care. I believe it is the sign of the times, not the dealer, but no one seems to have ready access to parts. It can easily take a week or more to get parts. I don’t understand why parts are not readily available in two or three locations across the country.

Want to give a shout out to the service department. Great experience. Had 3 issues that they took care of. The service manger Greg and service representative Marshal were great to work with. Gave me a courtesy car to drive back to Jacksonville because one issue took 5+ hours to complete.

The end result was very good. However, when the repair time drug out I could not contact anyone who could tell me anything. The one time I contacted someone on the phone I was transferred to their voice mail. I took my van in on a Thursday afternoon, received a notice they were requesting warranty approval on Friday. Friday afternoon I received a text saying it was approved but too late in the day to complete the work. So no transport for my wife for the weekend. Monday no one would return my calls. Yes, I finally got my van back and the work appears to be very satisfactory but the communication was very frustrating.
