I ordered my Durango in the summer and it arrived at the dealership a week or two before we arrived from our summer home. The dealer was anxious for us to pick up the car and even let us take it home with a dealership a week or two before we arrived from our summer home. The dealer was anxious for us to pick up the car and even let us take it home with a dealer plate while we made arrangements for payment. When we arrived home I noticed a grease spot on the roof and an airbag fault on the dash. The dealer had the car in plenty of time to address these issues so that the customer did not have to return to the dealership to have these things addressed. I am still very concerned about the resolution of the airbag failure. I hope we never need them! More
