Other than the pleasant, but less than helpful "Jesse Davis", (AI fail) my initial experience was superb. I spoke with Zack, Ryan, and Trinity before making the 2 1/2 hr drive to the dealership. Upon arrival, I noticed that it was extremely busy as most Saturday's are, but immediately Zack remembered talking with me and jumped in to help. Since I came with funding already established, I didn't expect the process to take an extraordinary long time. Boy, was I wrong. I will say this, the beginning steps and the time it took to review and negotiate the OTD price was on me, however, once we signed an agreement, reached a cruising altitude and started the final descent for landing............. we stalled in midair. In fact it felt like we were overhead just circling the runway waiting for approval to land. Even after the all the final paperwork was signed and cash down-payment receipt obtained, we waited and waited and waited. The detailing had been complete, the car was parked out front, we were given the temp tag and told to stand by for someone to attach it to the vehicle but again, we waited and waited. It was well over 45 min waiting before we were finally walked to the door but then I had to request my 2nd set of keys, which they had forgotten. My summary is: they are fantastic at customer service, not pushy at all, but need to streamline the final process. Would I buy from them again or recommend? YES!! More

When I initially talked to Ryan about the vehicle he told me that the down-payment we had discussed would be enough and gave me a guesstimate on what payments would be. Got down there drove the truck Ryan then comes in and says I'd need $1100 more down than what we had originally discussed and we had talked several times that day so he had plenty of time to tell me about this other $1100. I and then came back and decided to pay the other down for the vehicle. The air on the driver side didn't work and when I got it home and tried to close the back window it wouldn't close either. I went to the reviews and read a bad one and got the email address off of it and John from the dealership called me after 5 minutes of me sending the email. Even though the truck was bought as is no warranty John agreed to fix what was wrong with the vehicle. The experience with the down payment was bad along with the 4 hours I spent waiting to get paperwork finalized but overall thanks to John I am happy with my purchase. If you're going to use a salesman id highly recommend Trinity or John! More
