Worst experience of 35+ years of car buying. I STILL do not have my Gladiator, I bought it THREE WEEKS AGO!! This is completely insane. I've tried to buy here 6 times over the years and NEVER HA I STILL do not have my Gladiator, I bought it THREE WEEKS AGO!! This is completely insane. I've tried to buy here 6 times over the years and NEVER HAVE... After this experience, I never will again. I fulfilled my end of the deal, the dealership has done NOTHING on their end, and I don't even have a vehicle yet!! More

I have tried to buy a vehicle 5 times over the past 5-6 years from Lake City CDJR, and all 5 times I left very unhappy, and was able to purchase what I want how I want from other dealerships. I have only u years from Lake City CDJR, and all 5 times I left very unhappy, and was able to purchase what I want how I want from other dealerships. I have only used their Service Department over the years because of their outstanding service from Miss Trish and Chris. HOWEVER... This time around, thanks to Mr. Conner, Mr. Luke, and Chris the mechanic, we were able to make it happen. I was in an unforeseen and unfortunate situation, and these gentlemen seriously went to work to make things happen for me. They didn't just sell me a vehicle, but they were able to get me through a very bad spot. Although I do not know him, I feel I should also thank their GM as I am sure what was done was with his approval. So this time around, I owe this team some thanks. More
