Fast talk but slow work. My salesperson was great to work with. Wasn't pushy and overbearing. I was able to make a decent deal. I did receive more on my trade than other deal My salesperson was great to work with. Wasn't pushy and overbearing. I was able to make a decent deal. I did receive more on my trade than other dealers. It just took over a month for them to pay off my trade. With my previous loan still active, that meant a late payment on my credit. It was over a month and the vehicle still wasn't registered to me, and I hadn't received my permanent tag. I called to speak with managers, and it was the typical "I'll leave a message with them, and they'll get back with you" only for no one to get back with me. I liked that they had an on-site insurance broker to work with me to find the cheapest insurance. But, I still found a better deal on my own. More

Bought a 2009 Ford truck from them and they were supposed to fix it. Needless to say, it took a week for them to “fix” it and it wasn’t properly fixed. We brought it back and after ten days it wasn’t prop to fix it. Needless to say, it took a week for them to “fix” it and it wasn’t properly fixed. We brought it back and after ten days it wasn’t properly fixed supposed to be fixed. Needless to say, it’s still not fixed right. We’re going to get it fixed correctly and bring them to court. They also sold us the truck k with an emissions problem which is against Florida Statute. More
