Finance department never answers the phone or return numerous messages. I need simple paper work. Can't get the manager, only people that answers the phone are sales people. 4 days of trying. False advertising online site. Says car price all inclusive except tag and title no other dealership fees. No true! When got there there were additional fees including for car processing fee, electronic fee, etc totaling $1800. Some smaller fees were not decried. Then there were many other charges besides title and tags described to me as state fees? Of course I expected sales tax. I still had 1 year left on my plate tag but the charges for title and tag were very high? No explanation on these charges either. All and all there as about $4,000 or more in additional charges. Also when saw finance person was rushed through all the signing of many forms without being able to read much just sign , sign, sign on her big desktop computer monitor. Had extreme sticker shock when got home and opened all the docs to read that she put on flash drive. Felt hoodwinked. Employee were nice but not happgg to with how things were done at all. More
