From start to finish, the experience was professional, transparent, and respectful. The Team Who Made it Happen: Logan: Met us right in the parking lot and immediately got the ball rolling. He was the bridge between our needs and the final numbers, ensuring we got to a price that worked for everyone. Jo Smith: My salesperson, who was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect truck without any "salesy" tactics. Nick: Stepped in at the end with a final offer that was too good to pass up. He really listened to where I needed to be to make the deal happen. Vinny (Finance): Made the paperwork side of things a breeze. He explained every detail clearly, so I knew exactly what I was signing.
