At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The service was standard. I picked up my car in the evening and there was no explanation as to what was done and what was needed and why. Just written on the invoice that I ne I picked up my car in the evening and there was no explanation as to what was done and what was needed and why. Just written on the invoice that I needed brakes and when I was called that the car was ready the service rep asked if I wanted the brakes changed that day. I waited about 8 mins for the cashier as there was no one there. We were a few customers waiting. More
