I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and handling of my vehicle while it was in the dealership’s possession. I dropped off my vehicle on August 8th for accident repairs an the service and handling of my vehicle while it was in the dealership’s possession. I dropped off my vehicle on August 8th for accident repairs and also authorized scheduled maintenance. During the repair process, the vehicle sustained additional front-end damage while in the dealership’s care. Although the damage was eventually polished and repaired, I was told this was a “courtesy.” I do not consider correcting damage that occurred while my vehicle was under the dealership’s care to be a courtesy, but rather the appropriate resolution. When I received my vehicle, I also found plastic trash inside and the fuel level at reserve. In addition, I identified a scratch in the rear area related to the original accident. The repair estimate indicates that the corresponding component was supposed to have been replaced, yet the issue remains. I have raised these concerns directly with management and provided photographs and supporting information, but I remain disappointed with how the situation has been handled and am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution. As a Lexus customer, I expected a significantly higher standard of care, attention to detail, and professionalism. More

I had an amazing experience with Anna and Kristina at Lexus of North Miami. Before coming here, I visited several Mercedes, Audi, and BMW dealerships. I was getting crazy numbers and was told that bec Lexus of North Miami. Before coming here, I visited several Mercedes, Audi, and BMW dealerships. I was getting crazy numbers and was told that because of my limited credit history, there wasn’t much they could do for me. Then I came to Lexus and met Anna and Kristina. Completely different experience. They actually listened to me, worked with my situation, answered all my questions, and within the same day I drove away in a brand new Lexus that I really wanted. They were easy to communicate with, spoke with me both in English and my native language, helped me through the entire process, and got me a great deal and discount on the car. I’m extremely happy with the experience and with my new Lexus. Next time I’m looking for a car, Anna and Kristina will definitely be the first people I call. Highly recommend them! More
