Completely different experience. They actually listened to me, worked with my situation, answered all my questions, and within the same day I drove away in a brand new Lexus that I really wanted. They were easy to communicate with, spoke with me both in English and my native language, helped me through the entire process, and got me a great deal and discount on the car.
