We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire car-buying process easy and enjoyable. Carlos, our finish. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire car-buying process easy and enjoyable. Carlos, our salesman, was amazing. He was straightforward, helpful, never pushy, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Anna in finance was equally great. She explained everything clearly, kept things moving, and made what can normally be the most tedious part of buying a car quick and painless. David in insurance was also fantastic and incredibly helpful getting everything squared away. They even went the extra mile and had the car waiting for us with a big bow on it, which was a really nice touch and made picking up the new Lexus feel special. Overall, this was easily one of the best dealership experiences we've had. Great people, great service, and five stars across the board. 10/10. We would absolutely recommend Carlos, Anna, David, and the entire Lexus team. More
