I'm excited to write this review, especially because of my experience with Sierra. In the dealership industry, Sierra is a one of a kind gem. During my car shopping process, I had so many bad experiences with dealerships and their tricks and gimmicks, including one of your sister locations in Hollywood. There was one specific car I wanted and I knew it was the one for me. I called to confirm the vehicle was available since it was quite a distance away. I also discussed pricing and I made it very clear that I wasn't coming just to look at the car. I was coming prepared to buy it that same day. I had all my paperwork ready. Unfortunately, the Hollywood dealership told me the car was there when it actually wasn't. It was at Lexus of North Miami. They simply wanted to get me into their dealership so they could try to sell me something else. After driving all that way only to leave disappointed, I decided to call Lexus of North Miami for closure. I simply wanted to know whether the Hollywood dealership could have arranged to transfer the vehicle. At that point, I had no intention of driving all the way to North Miami only to experience more tricks and gimmicks. That's when Sierra answered the phone. My first impression was that she was incredibly friendly. However, after everything I'd been through, I was skeptical because the internet salespeople at the other dealership were also friendly before they misled me. I asked Sierra about the process of transferring a vehicle between dealerships, but I ended up telling her my entire experience with the Hollywood location. Instead of simply answering my question and moving on, Sierra did something I wasn't expecting. She didn't just sympathize with me. She genuinely empathized with my situation. She listened patiently while I vented and made me feel heard. It honestly felt like she was grieving the experience with me rather than trying to make another sale. After listening, she looked up the vehicle and confirmed it was indeed at Lexus of North Miami. She asked if I'd like to come see it. I explained that North Miami was too far for me to risk another disappointing experience. She immediately offered to Uber me to the dealership. I also told her I had a strict out the door budget. She said she would speak with her team and see what they could do. I told her if they could make it work, I was ready to buy the car immediately. Sierra kept every promise she made. In less than 24 hours, she arranged my ride, got my deal approved, and even sent me a video of the car after, had it washed so it would be ready when I arrived. I'll admit I was still nervous. I wondered if everyone else at Lexus of North Miami would be different from Sierra. I worried that once I sat down with the finance department, the proposal would suddenly change like it had at other dealerships. I couldn't have been more wrong. Working with Ramon Cabrera was just as great. He explained everything clearly and there were no tricks, gimmicks, or surprises. Everything was exactly as Sierra had promised. He was just as authentic as Sierra, and I truly appreciated that. It was also wonderful finally getting to meet Sierra in person after everything she had done for me. The cherry on top is that my new license plate says SIER10, so I'll never forget her. From the first phone call until I drove away in my new car, Sierra made the entire experience stress free. She restored my faith that there are still honest and caring people in the dealership industry. Thank you Sierra, Ramon, and everyone at Lexus of North Miami for making what started as a frustrating experience end with a dream come true. More

Sierra transmitted vehicle photos/videos & openly pointed out scratches on a CPO vehicle I was considering in advance of my visit. There were zero surprises. Everything was as expected when we drove 4 hours to purchase the car. The deal we agreed upon via text was exactly the deal I received in person. Sierra gave me a wonderful orientation of the vehicle, drove around with me, programmed my phone, & had my vehicle prepped perfectly. Sierra also followed up with me the next day after my purchase to be sure everything was going well. Sierra’s integrity is stellar! So impressive! Also, my entire experience at Lexus of North Miami was the absolute best car purchasing experience in my life! Everyone was so helpful & kind. I will proudly wear Lexus hat & shirt & use the Lexus cups from Sierra. I have already told several family & friends about my positive experience at Lexus of North Miami.
