Probably one of the best experiences I have had since I last leased my BMW. From the moment I arrived, Diego, the manager made the experience exceptional. He immediately greeted me and connected me with Constantine, an outstanding sales representative who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and took the time to answer every single question thoroughly. I also want to recognize Sierra, who responded to my online inquiry with excellent communication from the start. She even delivered my car to my home and helped me get everything set up, which truly went above and beyond. The entire process felt effortless and professional. I was treated with genuine care and given the royal treatment from beginning to end. Not only did I get an amazing deal on my new car but I got top dollar for my trade-in. I Highly recommend Diego and his entire team at Lexus of North Miami — this is how car buying should be done! More

Very simple and fast process Diego the manager was great and like I told him, he is the reason why I ended up buying from Lexus. I was close to moving to another Make. Luke, Carlos and Finance Manager Ana and like I told him, he is the reason why I ended up buying from Lexus. I was close to moving to another Make. Luke, Carlos and Finance Manager Ana were amazing as well. Ana made the finance process simple and fast even though we took 2cars.
