The process of getting a new car lease is usually stressful and high-pressure for me, however, Kristina made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable! Kristina took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and most importantly, she worked with me to get the best possible price without any of the typical back-and-forth headache I have had before. If you are looking for a straightforward, honest, and truly helpful salesperson, I highly recommend Kristina Shadrina! More

I had an amazing experience with Anna and Kristina at Lexus of North Miami. Before coming here, I visited several Mercedes, Audi, and BMW dealerships. I was getting crazy numbers and was told that bec Lexus of North Miami. Before coming here, I visited several Mercedes, Audi, and BMW dealerships. I was getting crazy numbers and was told that because of my limited credit history, there wasn’t much they could do for me. Then I came to Lexus and met Anna and Kristina. Completely different experience. They actually listened to me, worked with my situation, answered all my questions, and within the same day I drove away in a brand new Lexus that I really wanted. They were easy to communicate with, spoke with me both in English and my native language, helped me through the entire process, and got me a great deal and discount on the car. I’m extremely happy with the experience and with my new Lexus. Next time I’m looking for a car, Anna and Kristina will definitely be the first people I call. Highly recommend them! More
