This was a very difficult experience. Both Frank and Alex did not follow up and were difficult to work with. Clearly the Founder Craig Zinn, his GM Tony Stampone and sales manager Vlademir Kesling know the reputation their dealership has just from the vast amount of negative posts they have received.
