Service was efficient. Daniel, my service rep was kind and heard my desire not to be up sold. I got the oil change I requested with my car coming back clean. I have always known and trusted the leadership of LNM and their honesty and fairness from my first contact. They have earned my trust over the years and have always bern my go to for every opinion.I hope they stay in business as long as I own a car. My special recognition and sincere gratitude to the service manager-Ed Rubenfrld- for his kindness, patience, and attentiveness to customers and his great trusted leadership and collaboration with his entire employee- quite obvious.
