When it came time to sign the sales contract, the agreed-upon terms were not honored. I rejected the purchase and went to another Lexus dealership where I closed the deal to buy the car, even at a lower price. They were transparent and courteous throughout the entire sales process. I believe Lexus North Miami took advantage of my lack of English proficiency. I will request a refund of the money given as a security deposit and I expect them to take responsibility for it. More
