I cannot say enough amazing things about Carlos Fernandez at North Miami Lexus! This was my third time coming back, and I will continue coming back over and over because he always makes the entire process in at North Miami Lexus! Gus was absolutely the best as well when working my deal. Carlos is so welcoming, professional, straightforward, and genuinely honest, and along with Gus, they took their time to make me feel like a true VIP customer rather than just another sale. What I appreciate most is that he genuinely cares about your best interest and makes you feel valued throughout the entire experience. Carlos truly goes above and beyond, and I only ever recommend him. He is truly the best, along with Gus as well. More
