I had a great experience communicating with my sales representative, Isaac Rodriguez. Toward the end of the process, Sierra Hendricks stepped in to finalize everything while Isaac was on vacation, and s representative, Isaac Rodriguez. She kept me informed at all times about the status of the car and was very helpful in explaining the car’s settings. The only moment I felt uncomfortable was with someone from the credit department, who didn’t seem interested in helping resolve an issue that resulted from an error on their part. More
