I took my BMW wagon to Ottos because two independent repair shops could not resolve my engine problem. They were excellent and diagnosed the issue and the repair has been completed. I purchased my third BMW from Sales person Jay Miller last week. As always it was a very pleasant experience. There was a small cosmetic problem that I discovered after I brought it home. They were very accommodating in making sure I was happy with my Certified Pre-Owned 2017 530i XDrive. A day half later I had it back. Aces on the repair and customer service. Excellent cuatomer service I just had to add on to my previous post, I had an appointment before the dealership shut down which they called my to reschedule on April 1st. When I arrived it took longer than I expected but I understood with them being careful and keeping ever safe. I informed them why I was here and about a issue I had with the app which myself and Mohammad try to fix, the service writer didn't understand so I texted Mohammad which he informed me he was off but he still reached out to the service writer to inform him of my issues. A few hours later they called to say my software was outdated and the fixed it.. I just wanna say thanks to Mohammad for your EXCELLENT customer service even while your at home. Keep up the good work. More

Although I live in Delaware, and have a BMW Dealer close, I opted to tow my BMW to OTTO’s after I wasn’t happy with the Delaware Service desk. I was wow’ed by OTTO’s. From the valet taking my car from the tow before I arrived, the service of the girl doing my intake, the loaner car I needed and fell in love with, the text updates, professionalism of Kevin Pinkerton, and ability to pay right on my phone, you have Customers for life. As usual, Ralph was a please to work with. About a week or two after picking up my new BMW, I received an email from Raheem inviting me to come back to Otto's for a visit with him to resolve any questions I had with my new car. I took advantage of the offer and spent an hour this week with Raheem this week going over every gizmo and gadget that I now had. It was a wonder experience. Raheem was so knowledgeable and informative about my new car. I had 5 pages of questions written down and he easily answered each question I had. Great experience all around at Otto's. Thank you. More
