Scheduled appt for inspection, dropped car of in morning 7:30am. Was told car would be ready by end of day. Car was not ready, inspection was not performed. Car was held overnight and was not ready until 7:30am. Was told car would be ready by end of day. Car was not ready, inspection was not performed. Car was held overnight and was not ready until end of next day. Dealership held my car for two days to perform an inspection, no loaner was provided to accommodate, in addition I was told new tires were required and they would need to keep the car another two days until they got the tires. Again, without providing me a loaner. I picked up the car and took my service to another facility who completed the work in 1/2 day, included installing new tires and completing inspection. On top of that, when I picked up the car, had to wait 30min until they could unjam the drawer locker holding all the keys. Very disappointed in service. It’s the last time I will bring my car to the dealership for service. More

Dealing with service dept was a fiasco. Left off care at 9:30 am for tire change and state inspection. Called at 3:30 and car was still not in shop . Was told not ready till next day. Service manager threw in alignment to compensate . Appreciated. Picked up car. Not washed even though not freezing. Lubricant used to mount tires smeared all over tire. Not wiped off. Discovered later that tire pressure monitor not reset so another trip to dealer. Service advisor says way too busy for the people they have. Experiences like this can solve that problem. Worst experience owning BMW for 35 years. More

Service center does not communicate with customers at drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment and left 6 messages and no return call. Once with a named person it’s ok but the drop off process is just not customer focused. I told my sales person that if I end up getting service at a different bmw location with better service I will buy my next car there. More
