Service experience was fine, the dealer performed all maintenance as expected. I did have a problem however and this was the second time this has happened at this dealership. When I bring the car in for maintenance as expected. I did have a problem however and this was the second time this has happened at this dealership. When I bring the car in for service it is spotless, but now two years in a row the car has been returned to me dirty. Two years ago it came back to me with huge bird droppings, when I asked the service lady to deal with it she told me she could not. This most recent time again the care was brought in spotless and when I picked it up it had dried water stains all over the hood and windshield. If the car comes in spotless it should be returned as such. More
