Scott was excellent to deal with in co ordinating everything for an out of our state buy for our BMW. He had everything in order. We had a detailed FaceTime call to see the car and then test drove i everything for an out of our state buy for our BMW. He had everything in order. Service center does not communicate with customers at drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment and left 6 messages and no return call. Once with a named person it’s ok but the drop off process is just not customer focused. I told my sales person that if I end up getting service at a different bmw location with better service I will buy my next car there. More

My sales person was great. I have not had as pleasant of an experience with the service department. I brought it in with a number of issues. The only 1 that was fixed was to fi I have not had as pleasant of an experience with the service department. I brought it in with a number of issues. The only 1 that was fixed was to fill the tires with air. One of the reasons I chose BMW is dealers will pick up your car and deliver it after service. This does not seem to be available at the dealership. When I mentioned it, they said it might be possible but really didn't provide it as an option. I am not happy at all. More
