Service department is the absolite worse. They've spent 4 days mounting new tires and repairing barrings. Dropped off my vehicle on Mondsy at 11a gor a 12pm appointment. It's now Thirsday, 4:30 pm and my veh days mounting new tires and repairing barrings. Dropped off my vehicle on Mondsy at 11a gor a 12pm appointment. It's now Thirsday, 4:30 pm and my vehicle is still not completed. I've purchased 5 cars at this dealership since 1988 but this relationship is over! More

I purchased my car here, but car service is horrible I scheduled a 50,000 mile service online and added to notes that driver side rear door need to be fixed. Mindy helped me when I dropped my car, I told I scheduled a 50,000 mile service online and added to notes that driver side rear door need to be fixed. Mindy helped me when I dropped my car, I told her same thing as I scheduled, and showed her the door which need to be fixed. She said it was easy and they can glue the cap back. I picked up my car 5 hours later,and been told by another girl that everything was fine. I found out that the door hadn't been fixed after I paid, and cap piece was lost. Mindy denied she had ever touch the piece. She was even telling me lies to my very face that I was here only for maintenance, not for the rear door. I had waited another hour to get this issue resolved after she called her boss to help me... Once again this car service is horrible disgusting. Mindy have no consideration she give a time and it's inaccurate have people waiting on the cold unprofessional and unreliable. More

Awesome customer sevice I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu here about two months ago. The buying process went very smoothly and I got a good deal. Greg Simpson was my sales rep. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu here about two months ago. The buying process went very smoothly and I got a good deal. Greg Simpson was my sales rep. Then last week I noticed the car had locking lug nuts. I searched the car inside and out, there was no socket to remove them. I called a Chevrolet dealership and was told in so many words that I was out of luck. So I took the car back to toyota direct. Susan Fisher walked me directly to the service manager, Paul Sayer and introduced me to him. He responded to my issue right away and went above and beyond to make it right. I live close to the dealership and even though it's a chevy I will be getting my oil changes done here. More

Saves me money I had a appointment to fix a noise under my hood and new brakes. After they looked at my car, a prompt phone call was made and I did not need new brak I had a appointment to fix a noise under my hood and new brakes. After they looked at my car, a prompt phone call was made and I did not need new brakes and the noise was a easy fix. That is why I go to Toyota direct because I feel they are honest and always have my best interest. I only go there because they keep great records and I can count on them to know what my car needs. Thanks to a great service department for always helping me out. More

The service is the best, the staff is awesome and the cars are tops with me. The service staff has always been respectful to me, never treated me as if I didn't know another about cars or pressured me into service I didn't need or could afford, yet they would let me know they didn't feel it was safe to not get the work done. I've been coming here close to 25 years and I'll still be praising this dealership as long as they keep doing things the way they do and keep the great staff. More
