Everything has changed with New service advisors not being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a call saying to come get your car its complete. A master cylinder is not that rapid. More

Mindy stood on her head to make sure my vehicle had new tires prior to a heavy snow storm. She worked closely with Steve to order the highest rated tires at the best price. The Associate was timely and informative. They were able to take care of the recall issues, as well as identify another issue I wasn’t aware of. It was easy drop-off and easy pickup. Consistency in customer service makes me be loyal to the brand and this happened in the last 12 years. All family is upgraded but one thing is constants Toyota because we love the reliability and attention brand and this happened in the last 12 years. So, if we need a crew or our finds or co-workers we ask them to go to Toyota Direct, ask for Patti or anyone else.
