I've been a dedicated Toyota Direct customer for decades, trusting you with all my car purchases, leases, and service needs. My concern is regarding my most recent oil change. I've come to expect the FREE trusting you with all my car purchases, leases, and service needs. My concern is regarding my most recent oil change. I've come to expect the FREE multi-point inspection that is typically included with this service (and is offered on your website), but it was not performed this time. The omission of this expected added value forces me to re-evaluate my service choices. With several convenient oil change providers within a five-mile radius of my home, I have to ask: What is the compelling reason for me to drive 20 miles and 25 minutes of my time, to your service center if the promised value-added services are not consistently delivered? More
