I asked for a paper printout of additional services my car needed. I was informed by Maggie that it was attached to my paperwork. Once home I realized the paperwork was not attached. Called the center bac car needed. I was informed by Maggie that it was attached to my paperwork. Once home I realized the paperwork was not attached. Called the center back again to request a copy and did not receive a call back but instead received a text from someone with no name and again it was not what I requested. I don't understand what eso hard about printing a copy of additional services needs and the cost. The service department for my car is always great as usual. More

The waiting area at the service center is very comfortable. My experience with Maggie and Jeremy has been very positive and every other associate I spoke with was very personable.
