It was bad for you because I ask the main is to check my battery and he said the battery is OK. Consistency in customer service makes me be loyal to the brand and this happened in the last 12 years. All family is upgraded but one thing is constants Toyota because we love the reliability and attention brand and this happened in the last 12 years. So, if we need a crew or our finds or co-workers we ask them to go to Toyota Direct, ask for Patti or anyone else.
