Every thing about the servicing of my RAV4 was first rate. However, an express service for oil change and tire rotation would be welcomed. The express service at my Subaru dealer does not require an rate. However, an express service for oil change and tire rotation would be welcomed. I asked for a paper printout of additional services my car needed. I was informed by Maggie that it was attached to my paperwork. Once home I realized the paperwork was not attached. Called the center bac car needed. I was informed by Maggie that it was attached to my paperwork. Once home I realized the paperwork was not attached. Called the center back again to request a copy and did not receive a call back but instead received a text from someone with no name and again it was not what I requested. I don't understand what eso hard about printing a copy of additional services needs and the cost. The service department for my car is always great as usual. More
