I am happy with Toyota Direct but I had a Remote issue that lingered for 6 mos until it finally was fixed. I was told that my trial subscriptions would be started over back to the time of purchase in Aug that lingered for 6 mos until it finally was fixed. I was told that my trial subscriptions would be started over back to the time of purchase in August of 2024. That has not happened to date. Please renew my subscriptions. thanks, Larry Hodge More

I was treated like a princess (in a good way) and, so far, the car is performing well. The issue is the unexpected five hour wait for new tires and rotor repair. Yes, I had an appointment. For a normally scheduled service and a check engine light, they kept my car for four days. The delay was caused due to the computer not being able to connect with the car, thus not diagnosing the probl light, they kept my car for four days. The delay was caused due to the computer not being able to connect with the car, thus not diagnosing the problem. In the end, the problem was minor, they found no problems with the 2007 Corolla, and the entire servicing cost $117. It was lucky I didn't need the car back quickly. More

Poor staff and client experience. My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call Toyota and let them know what is going on. I called Toyota myself and explained to them. Toyota told me they’ll contact the dealership and get back to me within 24 hours. I’m yet to hear back from them. Even with rental car the dealership was not willing to pay for it till my car is fixed. They were telling me I have to make a deposit of $35 which I had to seriously decline to do that, before they decided to pay for the rental. They only paid for 2 days and I’m hoping my car will be fixed by the end of the 2 days period. I’m not taking my vehicle there anymore for servicing and won’t recommend anyone to go there to service their vehicle. A friend of mine also said she had some issues with them in the past. More
