Had my 2023 tacoma in for 15k maintenance it would have been very helpful to me if the service test would have went over everything that they did like checking my brakes and fluid levels etc. Instead just been very helpful to me if the service test would have went over everything that they did like checking my brakes and fluid levels etc. Instead just gave me a piece of paper and said have a good day. Very impersonal. I take my Acura to a Acura dealership and they go in to great detail about the service they performed. I would hope Toyota would do the same More

TOOK MY 2017 TACOMA IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, TIRE ROTATION, OIL CHANGE. WIPER REPLACEMENT, FLUIDS TOP OFF AND ENJOYED THE COFFEE AND BROWNIES IN THE WAITING AREA. Made an appointment for 4PM. Stayed and waited for car for just an oil change, nothing else. Car did not get on lift till 5:15PM. Asked advisor if that was my car just now getting an oil change and he said yes. Totally unacceptable in my book. You do not make reservations at a restaurant and get seated an 1 hour and 15 minutes past your reservation time. If so, I'm pretty sure your meal would be compensated. My oil change was not. Shop fees is another. Low here, but how many people would accept paying for napkins at restaurants. I will have to think long and hard before I bring vehicle back or purchase a new vehicle. Don't take appointments if you cannot get to a customers vehicle 15 minutes past their appointment time. More
