Great dealership. Got us scheduled for our appointment in 24 hours. The dealership we purchased from had a backup for over 2 weeks. Just a 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I bought two other vehicles from dealerships in my hometown that I regretted because the Mazda dealership wasn’t nearby. I regret not coming here in the first place. Having owned a Mazda before, the two vehicles I bought from the other dealerships, I realize now I should have started here at Garlyn Shelton Mazda. The experience was better. Eric Pope made the process good. From the test drive with no pressure, explaining the CX-5 features before the test drive, and explaining additional features after the sale. In finance, John McDaniel gave a thorough explanation of warranty coverage. I’m pretty happy with the purchase of my 2025 CX-5.

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.
