Great service, without feeling pressured. I was pleasantly surprised when we could test drive a vehicle without a chaperone. This let myself and my wife talk about the vehicles we drove openly to help make a decision. We drove 4 different vehicles, and the level of courtesy never diminished. That is even after leaving the lot after driving 3 vehicles, telling them I was looking at another brand a week to compare to Mazda, then returning to drive another one. I feel they respected you as a person, not just your wallet.

Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.

Orion is THE BEST service advisor! Personable, knowledgeable, professional and always helpful. I started going to Mazda Central years ago because it was conveniently close but even after moving to Hutto, I can’t find it in myself to switch to the Georgetown Mazda location (which I believe is closer to me). Surely there wouldn’t be another Orion there. Great service is hard to find these days, you know?!!

Unfortunately, this dealership is padding their Google reviews by preying on customers. A family member had a personal cell phone taken by a salesman (Mr. Allen) who proceeded to rate himself 5 stars on Google on my family member's account. This is an unethical business practice and should not happen. Also, they did not even bother to help my relative set up the bluetooth phone connection with the newly purchased car. I am unhappy with the lack of professionalism here.
