Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.

I was very happy with my experience here. The agent was very nice and forthcoming with options and prices. I was not pressured into purchasing any add ons, once I said I didn't want them we moved on. There were no hidden fees or extras slipped in the contract. Once we agreed on a price, the contracts reflected the agreed price. I felt very heard and respected and am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

Lisa was great to work with. While initially, she was hesitant to work the deal out with me over the phone, she realized I was serious and made it happen. That allowed me to take my wife to the dealership and close the deal quickly on Valentine’s Day. I have purchased many cars, and this by far was the best experience I ever had. I also want to give credit to Melanie Gabaldon in finance. I have had many OK car buying experiences go absolutely sour in the finance office. This was not the case with Melanie. She took the time to explain the coverages, but didn’t treat us badly when we declined. I have been treated so poorly by finance at other dealerships when I deny extended coverages. Melanie was pleasant from start to end.

Hello this is David with TXDOT, I recently sent a 2015 ford explore to your dealership to have recall preformed I informed the service writer that the recall was for the rear sway bar end links. your service team failed to address the concern they performed some A pillar recall. This is not the first time we have had issues with your company. We have since started using Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. It is also very difficult to speak with the service writer.
