I found one that i was very interested in. However when I got to the dealership on Monday asked the Salesman about the car he responded with it's having mechanical issues. So why is this car posted for sale on there website. The Salesman shows me another car. When I turned the key on the check engine light was on. Of course I asked why was that on he didn't know. So he proceeds to show me another car which had over 200,000 miles on and smelled horribly with cigarette smoke. I test drove the car all seemed in working order. So I purchased the car only to get 5 minutes down the road from the dealership it runs hot. I call the Salesman and he tells me to bring the car back. Upon my arrival I asked another Salesman to locate the guy who sold me the car. I was waiting for him for 15 minutes and I over heard the Sales manager talking to another customer. He told me he was the new car sales manager and he would find the used car manager. The used car manager never came so the finance guy came to talk to me. Of course he's going to try and swindle you out your money. He ran the computer test and showed me the car ran hot. DUH THAT'S WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU!!!! He offers to replace the thermostat for free. I declined and asked for my money back. He gave a refund receipt and here we are 4 day's later and no refund. I've called and left multiple voicemail for the general manager. I've also emailed and no response from him. I've talked to 2 different Salesman who were supposed to relay the message to call me back. It's now Thursday the 9th of April and no phone call. More

He was great and willing to work with me until I found what I wanted, which took a while. I also want to acknowledge the sales manage (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) and the Finance Officer, Aaron. We were a bit credit challenged and I commend the dealership folks, who did NOT take the normal course of "doing me a favor" business. NOPE, they genuinely kept me informed on every step during the complete process and we ended up getting a GREAT vehicle at a GREAT price, which they worked to finance for us at a GREAT rate. I had a trade in and the folks at Parkway provided us with a "much more than fair" appraisal, which helped us tremendously. Bottom line is "Complete Satisfaction"!
