New, modern, clean, very busy, great customer service & large inventory selection. The vehicle I had trucked in arrived early & was immaculate. However, I had requested no detailing products to be applied as they just attract dust, but the interior was shiny & the tires were greasy brown & rubbed off on my pants & shoes during the acceptance inspection & test-drive. I have not received my registration sticker yet (going on 3 weeks since purchase) & there is still a Spireon GPS Tracking Device hanging under the dash, which I was told would be removed by the dealership before I took possession. It is difficult to contact your local dealership by phone & you are usually redirected to a regional agent, but they are all very knowledgeable & helpful. Overall, the experience was much more pleasant than a brand name dealer. More
