I brought in my truck for an alignment and Cindy, in the service department advised that there was a recall due on my truck, asking if I wanted to have it done. There were some time issues with the repairs service department advised that there was a recall due on my truck, asking if I wanted to have it done. There were some time issues with the repairs and she went over what others have ever done for me to make sure the timing would not interfere with what I need to get done while my truck was down for the repair. She made me feel like an old friend, not just a numbered customer. She has been very proactive in helping me even when I did not request anything.
