Tracy was knowledgeable during my visit, i dropped my Mazda 3 off for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment and everything was done in a timely manner. I will say that all the advisors did seem to Mazda 3 off for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment and everything was done in a timely manner. I will say that all the advisors did seem to be a bit busy but that could've been just because it was a Saturday. Overall I will be back to continuously service my Mazda with Group 1 Denton Mazda. 1-When I scheduled service for my 2025 MX five I received a confirmation on email that the Dodge group one dealership was ready for me… I called and explained this and it was corrected to Mazda. However, the a confirmation on email that the Dodge group one dealership was ready for me… I called and explained this and it was corrected to Mazda. However, the original appointment was never removed at the Dodge dealer. I was. asked who I wanted for a service contact I mentioned Anna Roe who had sent me several text messages; I was told this was not a person just AI. I called back later and said John Monigold would be a good service contact since he helped me in the past then I was told he was no longer in service and did not offer another choice. 2. I went to the website and determined who the service director was, noted John Monigold was now the parts. and made three attempts to contact the new service director. I wanted to talk to convey concerns because my car was damaged by Denton Mazda during the last service and I wanted the technicians to be very careful with it.. 3. When I dropped my car off the service director did not identify himself or say anything to me in response to my voicemail or other system inquiries, I thought he was an advisor. 4. The service director got in my car, wearing many keys on his hip, luckily this did not scratch the car or damage the seat bolster. 5. The technician that worked on my car was very good and I appreciate his attention to detail.. 6. The service director reprimanded the service tech in front of me, which was not professional.. he told him to get moving, there isa lot of work today, the technicianhad done everything he could. It was just a matter of the oil to finish draining out of the engine. 7. John Monigold- parts Director checked me out and remembered me from my previous visit, I did not recognize him at first, and if it wasn’t for John, I would’ve never returned to Denton Mazda for service as he resolved the damage to my car which occurred during recall service appointment, and was very attentive. If you would like some very candid points about how to improve your business, it would be better to call me direct. You have some good people and some improvements that need to be made. More

Moving to a new town, my wife’s Mazda needed a repair, and we had always used dealers for service. We dropped the car off at 8 (opening). At 1 pm, we got our report. In addition to our repair, it said 7 o and we had always used dealers for service. We dropped the car off at 8 (opening). At 1 pm, we got our report. In addition to our repair, it said 7 other items failed inspection. But the video only suggested these matters. I accepted the one repair, and that was the last I heard. I couldn’t get through to anyone, and the one time I did get a live person at a different desk, I was told my inquiry would be forwarded to a supervisor. Still nothing. Finally, with no answers we went to the dealer and, after waiting in an understaffed line, found out the care was done, and had been for a while. No one called, and no one would have. When we dropped the car off, they said they wanted to earn our business. They didn’t, and nothing they did indicated any effort to do so. Upselling repairs and not responding to customers’ calls doesn’t inspire confidence. More
Very nice experience with Hugo. He wasn’t high pressure at all. Made me instantly at ease. Tried out several different vehicles before finding the perfect one. He wasn’t high pressure at all.
