I had the 21 point check up done on my 2013 Ford f250 HD. I knocked off the first thing on the list because I did not want tires moved or air adjusted. So left 19. They were suppose to check battery. Both of these were ordered by the two coupons I gave them. Over an hour and half later, I saw I got the email say truck was ready. Tried to watch video on email but link didn't work of the mechanic do the checks on the upper area of the truck or the actual oilchange. When truck came back around while we were waiting on paperwork, I went to check under the hood. I noticed that the air filter had not been checked. How do I know? Under the hood was very dusty. I told my service guy and he called the mechanic that supposedly checked everything on my truck. He came in the service area and was informed that I wanted to see the air filter He went out to the shop for about 7 or 8 minutes and came back out and asked the manager what he wanted again. The manager asked the mechanic if he had inspected the filter. This time I asked the mechanic if he had inspected the filter? He ignored me and kept walking. I as him then if it was his job to inspect the filter, again ignored. I this asked for the service manager or the top manager. A service manager that was just down the hall came out of his off at this time. They got the cover off the filter, it was a little dirty so it was blowed out and put back on. Now if the air filter was not checked. What else was not done? Was the oil actually changed? This mechanic has no pride in workmanship and does not care about customer satisfaction. Managing staff needs to be more aggressive on checking work is done properly. This truck is getting ready to take my family on vacation to niagra falls NY. This is why it was entrusted to this dealership for inspection for safety and maintenance. More
