Without going in to the details of our experiences with these clowns, let's just say that they appear to have done work that didn't need doing, clearly didn't do work that should have been done under warranty and when asked any questions about their proposals/quotes basically got pretty abusive.
We kept going back because we bought the car there, but after the most recent time where my wife was lied to and when she asked for clarity on something got no explanation and was basically told to settle the bill and go, we will not be going back there for service and will certainly not be buying another car from Jack Madden Ford as a result.
You would think they would have some understanding of the direct connection between sales and after sales service, but apparently not. Amazing just how short sighted they really are.
I don't tend to post reviews on my experiences, tending to let things go and move on, but people need to be warned about this bunch, so felt compelled to actually write something.....
Do not go to this place for service unless you have no other option (i.e. you breakdown right outside it) and if you do have the misfortune to be in there and the guy you speak to say's his name is Joe, then excuse yourself and come back in when he isn't there....
