Shopped around for a deal on a 2012 used Flex online and Madden Ford had a good price which was agreed to over the phone. Car was held for us and we went to inspect with a check in-hand on the next Saturda Madden Ford had a good price which was agreed to over the phone. Paperwork took awhile, but staff was friendly and we agreed car would be driven up to us in Maine on the following Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday to verify delivery, I was told they were still waiting on the title (the vehicle was a 6 month old lease turn-in). This was a surprise to us and somewhat upsetting since we had paid for the vehicle and only had a receipt at that point. Same story on Wednesday. On Thursday I contact Jason Aruda (Sales Manager). He was able to explain the process and arranged to expedite the title so that we had the vehicle delivered to us on Saturday with some extra's thrown in. The vehicle was what we wanted and we are happy with the purchase price. We feel that they should have explained the title situation on the day we paid for it, however they did put in a good effort to make things right. We would do business with them again. More

Suggestions from rubber mat selection, interior fabric treatment and bed liner tips. He also was sensitive to the fact that I had a dog and his suggestions were pertinent to dog comfort and protection of the truck interior with the dog in it.
