I’m giving 2 stars d/t mechanic dirtied and stuffed plastic threshold on passenger side, another technician took the truck for a test drive came back said I’m all set didn’t hear any noises. As I left plastic threshold on passenger side, another technician took the truck for a test drive came back said I’m all set didn’t hear any noises. As I left the dealership steering wheel was wobbling, pulled over driver side front wheel lug nuts were loose. Did not have a good experience like I’ve had in the past at this dealership. They’ve lost my business. Maybe it was because the mechanic was young and inexperienced. Fluids and tire pressure wasn’t checked as well. After an Hour and a half, half of the service was done. More
