It’s hard to believe that car buying can be a straightforward and friendly experience, but Jannell Ford made it easy to purchase our new Bronco. We shopped a few dealers and test drove for sever straightforward and friendly experience, but Jannell Ford made it easy to purchase our new Bronco. We shopped a few dealers and test drove for several weeks to narrow down what we want wanted. My husband met with Jack who helped him test drive and then emailed him competitive quotes. When we came to purchase, Jack was not in so Charlie helped us. I really liked that during the test drive Charlie explained and demonstrated different features in the car. There were a couple of features that the car didn’t have, like heated seats or a backup alert, and Charlie worked with the sales manager Eddie who just added these in for us. They also gave us a more than fair price for our trade in. When we signed the paperwork, it was straightforward and Wilfredo explained everything and add ons we could purchase with no pressure. We really couldn’t be happier and are excited for our new car. More
