I am very displeased with my experience in the Dellen Parts Department. I ordered a part for my GMC reverse light. The parts worker Zach Guzman, was rude, unprofessional all 3 times I had to deal with him. I showed him a picture of my missing rear reverse light. He said he would call me once received. He failed to do so! I went to pick it up, he was again rude, demanded I return to old part. This was in front of another parts person sitting at the table. I left pissed! I got the part to replace it he had ordered the incorrect part. I returned, he snatched my receipt, didn't apologize for his error and reordered the correct part. He did call me as promised when it was received. Upon, pickup, rude again, didn't thank for for my inconvenience put the box on the desk and turned around. This person is a horrible representative of this dealership. I bought one vehicle from Dellen (Matt) and service 3 GM's at Dellen!

I can’t possibly say enough absolutely fabulous things about Blossom Chevrolet Collision Department. A couple of months ago Brooke helped me get my Acadia fixed. I hit a deer and she was so wonderful to me. Explained everything so thoroughly. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable and fun. So, I traded my Acadia for a new Enclave. I liked it. It was just missing something. So I called Brooke and asked about a pinstripe. She, once again, went above and beyond to find my perfect pinstripe. I had asked if she could hold it on a colored piece of paper and take a photo and text it, and of course, she did. She is spectacular and her customer service is beyond exceptional. I tell everyone about her. Thank you!!
