Austin is amazing! He kept me apprised of the progress of the car and facilitated the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, despite having a scheduled appointment for 8am, the car was left on the lot outside and not evaluated or worked on for 36 hours (ie, the next afternoon). This was extremely disappointing as an appointment would suggest that one's car maintenance would occur in a timely manner. More

Making the appointment was ver easy. Team was friendly when I arrived and showed me the water and coffee for my wait. Once complete it was easy to checkout and everyone was friendly. Service Manager Alan Royce and service advisor Austin were excellent to deal with. I had a complex engine issue. I was ripped off by the last place I used. My legal counsel recommended I turn to Ba were excellent to deal with. I had a complex engine issue. I was ripped off by the last place I used. My legal counsel recommended I turn to Basney Honda to have my engine issue properly resolved. They use Basney Honda them selves. I had to drive over an hour to get to this Dealership. My car was repaired properly here. Alan Royce was so helpful explaining the situation in a way I could understand when things got overwhelming for me. I appreciated his guidance. Austin is so calm and easy going it was a pleasure dealing with him. My car is solid now. It drives like a new car. I highly recommend this service department especially for widows, single ladies. Honestly and integrity is what you will find here. More

Poor communication on their part . I always had to enunciate the call twice on my end before I got a call back which would be hours later. Which would be 2 -3 hour before close time . I always had to enunciate the call twice on my end before I got a call back which would be hours later. Which would be 2 -3 hour before close time . My car sat at the dealership for 2 days before being looked at . Then the day it was supposed to be looked at it wasn't because two of your technicians called off which wasn't communicated by Austin. Then the estimate came and your dealership is trying to get my family to buy into nearly 3500k into additional repairs. It didn't even have the oil change on it until I told Austin again. Even though the car was low on oil and my wife had to add 3 quarts before the car was received . It's even recorded in your progress notes for the car when it came in. I would never 👎 recommend your dealership. I go to Bosak Honda in Michigan City and they would never do this . So yeah I rated this whole interaction a 1- Poor . More
