AC was blowing warm and 2 of the 3 components were given extended warranty, my luck the apparently not covered component was faulty , after calling the Norm Reeves store I purchased the vehicle at to make sure it wasn’t covered , Nathaniel worked with the store I bought the car to supply all needed info and lo and behold a 2,000 job now only costs me my 50,00 deductible I give kudos to both of these Norm Reeves stores to save a customer 2,000.00

He was very helpful, patient, informative and all around professional with all our questions being answered! We ended up choosing a 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD! If you're looking for a straightforward dealership that offers the best deal right from the start, this is the place to go. The entire process, from beginning to end, was excellent. There was no need for haggling; I got a great price from the outset. George was amazing throughout the process, and Lance did a fantastic job structuring the deal. There were no pushy sales tactics or anything shady at any point. Robert was incredible in going over everything and helping us secure the best finance deal possible. Madeleine was also amazing and very helpful, making the whole experience even smoother. After dealing with local dealers in LA who wouldn't even provide a basic out-the-door (OTD) quote, this experience was like a breath of fresh air. It was definitely worth the drive down from LA to work with such great people and save money. Highly recommend!

I had just returned from a 6000 mile cross country adventure spread over 4 months. As a 76 year old woman, I didn’t want any surprises on the road alone. Everything I needed done to be safe was explained to me, and not in a “mansplaining” way, which was very important to me. Because I couldn’t afford to have everything done, so l had to make an informed choice. I returned to Oakland Honda after my trip to report a flawless cross country experience, and needed everything checked out again before I head off again for the holidays! The respect they give me as a woman is just as important as their excellent work.

NEGATIVE-00000000000000000 STARS!!!! My experience with Honda Dublin has been nothing short of a nightmare. I explained to them upfront how extremely important it was for me to purchase a car outright, without having to worry about monthly payments, as my life is already incredibly stressful due to my son’s serious medical condition. Despite this, they completely took advantage of me. They lied to me about the original car I purchased, claiming it was the “best used car on the lot” for under $14,000. That was absolute bulls**t!! The car turned out to be a complete lemon, and when I tried to resolve the issue, they refunded only $6,000 of the $13,500 I paid in cash. Then, they trapped me into financing a 2019 Honda Accord with 40,000 miles for an outrageous $33,000—pushing me into the exact situation I was trying to avoid. Their salespeople, especially Vince and his buddies, are nothing but liars who prey on vulnerable customers. I’ve reached out through multiple emails and messages left on their website, but I’ve been completely ignored. This dealership has caused me unnecessary stress and financial hardship during an already difficult time in my life. Honda Dublin doesn’t care about their customers; they only care about squeezing every last dollar out of you. If you’re considering buying a car here, run the other way.

Worked with Tam Nguyen. Super kind and helpful. We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was super helpful explaining all the different prices and features of the car. Tam deserves the full 5 stars. One of their sales managers tried to pull a quick one on me and I was about to leave but Tam helped them get back to the price I wanted to be at. Ended up working with Sheer in finance afterwards to close everything out and he was easy to talk to. We stayed an hour past closing and he never complained about it once. Consider working with Envision for any car purchases.

Best car purchase experience ever. We were set on an Atlas but thought we’d check out the Pilot before we bought just in case. We got there at 6:30 and left with our new pilot at 8:30, the entire staff was very professional and knowledgeable about their product (something we didn’t experience at VW) it was a low pressure and easy setting, even with a newborn who tagged along for the fun. We will recommend Honda of Escondido to everyone. Thank you to Mazi, Jorge and everyone who helped us!

I had battery issues in inclement weather on my way to Salinas to meet with a funeral home there to finalize arrangements for my loved one on December 6th. Stopping for gas at Costco, it took 15 minutes to restart my car from the pump. I directly drove to the dealership and was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait to be seen without an appointment, which would have caused me to miss the funeral home appointment. Rescheduling would have been difficult and my hotel lodging was non-fundable. Erynn Thurmond and Ku Lee were very kind and empathetic to my situation and replaced my battery in under an hour so I wouldn’t miss my appointment. I think these employees went above and beyond to help and support me during my sad time of loss. I am very thankful for their kindness and assistance.

Best experience ever! I have been leasing cars for over ten years, and Manoj "Ron" Guragain from Hayward Honda was spot on. The car that I had agreed upon, a CR-V EX AWD, after many communications, was waiting for me at the front when I arrived. The price quoted was the price given. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at a different Honda dealership the night before. I'm so glad I met Ron. He made the process seamless and was true to his word. That's all a customer asks for: transparency and to be treated with respect... and Ron delivered.
