I visited Mossy Honda in Lemon Grove on a whim and had the pleasure of meeting Will. I explained that I had already made a deal on a Honda Accord and was just there to look at interior colors. Will was respectful, easygoing, and answered all my questions without any pressure. I returned the next day to finalize the purchase. Although we ran into a few snags, Will handled everything with grace and advocated for me whenever he could. In the end, I drove home in my new Accord. If you're looking for a straightforward dealership that offers the best deal right from the start, this is the place to go. The entire process, from beginning to end, was excellent. There was no need for haggling; I got a great price from the outset. George was amazing throughout the process, and Lance did a fantastic job structuring the deal. There were no pushy sales tactics or anything shady at any point. Robert was incredible in going over everything and helping us secure the best finance deal possible. Madeleine was also amazing and very helpful, making the whole experience even smoother. After dealing with local dealers in LA who wouldn't even provide a basic out-the-door (OTD) quote, this experience was like a breath of fresh air. It was definitely worth the drive down from LA to work with such great people and save money. Highly recommend!

Finally, buying a car doesn’t have to suck! Honda of the desert was amazing!!! Our sales rep John was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in, and also very patient with us. Each question was answered easily and thoroughly. The Sales Manager Michael was helpful and went through all the numbers clearly. Finally, the Finance guy Loius was efficient and explained things clearly with all the paperwork. Price of my vehicle was fair and they were not interesred in being scammy. The focus was on helping the customer. It is a welcome change after working with other dealships. Love my car, exactly what I wanted and the overall experience was very positive.

We recently broke down on I-5 near Yreka, CA heading from Sacramento to Coos Bay. It was a 10-year old Honda Accord we'd bought in Roseville just weeks earlier that came with a limited Powertrain Warranty. We had waived the $3,000 extended warranty at the time, having had great service from our prior Accords. Picture yourself on a hot day driving up the steep incline of I-5 . 10 miles past Yreka, our car starts jerking and slows down to almost a stop. Somehow we were able to pull over to the exit lane into a tiny gas station on the next exit. After being towed to Yreka Honda we discovered that Yreka has no bus or train service, nor does it have a car rental. But it did have the service we needed the most: The Yreka Honda service dealer. Service Advisors Steve Aseltine and Avery Jerry "went the extra mile(s)" to provide outstanding, superior service including: **Persistence in getting the Powertrain warranty to cover the $$$$ high pressure fuel pump repair... **Driving us to our motel and picking us back up the next morning... **Seating our suitcases with us in a large, comfortable waiting room... **Ordering the needed unavailable part... **Communicating with us every step of the way, until our son could drive the 4 hours to come get us. In fact everyone we encountered at Yreka Honda did their best to make our 12-hour stay in their waiting area comfortable and to set our minds at ease. STEVE, AVERY and all of you at Yreka Motors: You are the best car service provider we've had in years. Anyone reading this: For service or if you need a new or used car, stop by Yreka motors. Not only were we impressed with their professional, courteous and caring service, but other local service customers there said the same.

The last time I bought a vehicle was 5 years ago and I did not have a good experience. I felt like I was pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The first time I called they told me they might have them in the back room and he will give me a call back and he never did, I called again and they told me to talk to a financial advisor but gave me no number or extension or anything, I called again again and the guy in sales doesn’t know a single thing so he transfers me to a manager and the manager gave me no information at all either, so first my license plates could be there and now they won’t give me no information AT ALL, my license plates expire in 13 days

They are a nice set of folks, my sales guy Amir, was kind and understanding in what I was looking for in a car, he was very helpful. His manager Tony, really nice man, helped me a lot in getting the best price, kind and professional. You can tell everyone likes working there. Worked with Tam Nguyen. Super kind and helpful. We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was super helpful explaining all the different prices and features of the car. Tam deserves the full 5 stars. One of their sales managers tried to pull a quick one on me and I was about to leave but Tam helped them get back to the price I wanted to be at. Ended up working with Sheer in finance afterwards to close everything out and he was easy to talk to. We stayed an hour past closing and he never complained about it once. Consider working with Envision for any car purchases.

AC was blowing warm and 2 of the 3 components were given extended warranty, my luck the apparently not covered component was faulty , after calling the Norm Reeves store I purchased the vehicle at to make sure it wasn’t covered , Nathaniel worked with the store I bought the car to supply all needed info and lo and behold a 2,000 job now only costs me my 50,00 deductible I give kudos to both of these Norm Reeves stores to save a customer 2,000.00
