I bought my car here and 2021 and will never buy a car here again due the Service department. They last (and final) time had my car serviced here I asked the advisor Jose if there was any discount available for the $1450 of service perform, he said he would adjust my total to include a return customer discount and a coupon from their flyers they send. He never did, the cashier told me she wasn’t there for the conversation I had with him so there was nothing she could do. The Service Department at Pacific Honda is a stain on the entire company. Every service I’ve had perform there feels predatory and hollow. More
