Scott Brady in service went above and beyond to fix a sticky situation. I have been bringing my CRV to Riverside Honda for the past couple of years. This last visit, the mechanic noticed the splash guard sticky situation. I have been bringing my CRV to Riverside Honda for the past couple of years. This last visit, the mechanic noticed the splash guard was missing. Which puzzle me because the past couple of visits, this was not brought to my attention and Riverside Honda is the only place that has done work. The vehicle has never been taken off road. The catalytic converter was still there. The mounting holes were not torn or broken. Scott was able to put another splash guard on my vehicle at no cost. Believe me, we went through all the possible scenarios as to why it was MIA. More

The shuttle service was horrible. The driver didn’t know how to use the map as he added two locations to go to and it didn’t take him to my destination.
