I moved to the area almost 3 years ago and needed to find a new Honda dealer to service my 2 CR-V’s. (I parted ways with my old service advisor after over 15 years!) Got hooked up with Christian Ramos as my a new Honda dealer to service my 2 CR-V’s. (I parted ways with my old service advisor after over 15 years!) Got hooked up with Christian Ramos as my new service guy. He’s taken excellent care of me laying out a maintenance plan of items that needed immediate attention, and those that I could hold off on. He arranged shuttles for me both ways when I needed to leave the car for an extended period. Easy to get a hold of, and great follow up. I’ve owned Hondas for over 20 years…three different dealers…and while I’ve always had great service I’m glad that I picked Chula Vista Honda, Christian is an excellent service advisor. More
