Doesn’t uphold the standards of exemplary customer service that Carmax advertises and they don’t put the needs of every customer first. I came in to purchase a vehicle and was left waiting for my Sale service that Carmax advertises and they don’t put the needs of every customer first. I came in to purchase a vehicle and was left waiting for my Sales Consultant Juan to come back from lunch for 4 hours and no other Sales Consultant wanted to help me while Juan suddenly vanished on his 4 hours lunch break. After purchasing the vehicle the next day I was given 2 defective keys and was told by Juan that he put in a work order. After 3 weeks I found out Juan in fact did not put in an order to get my keys fixed and no one at the Canoga location would call me back with any information. I called and spoke with Jordan about my brakes and keys but he never called me back. I finally drove down to get my keys looked at only to be told that I need to make an appointment for the next week. More

They were very polite and friendly. But it is my opinion based on my experience I was sold a car that had many problems and the ao called 125 point inspection was a joke. Was told new key and wipers. Well my mechanic did inspect and had to replace the battery on key found the broken motor mount and oil pain issue and worn brake rotor and blind spot monoudoes not beep. I took in to carmax to repairs. Service agent Josh at Lancaster was awesome and knowledgeable. Fixed the motor mount and oil pan. I hear a lot of new noises daily and feel I got lemon. On top of this I tried to trade at Honda dealer was told titlenot in my name yet. Varmax said because previous owner had disabled plates and had to mail in to dmv said can take up to 3weeks. Well I called dmv today and was told up to 90 days. So I am stuck with lemonade for few months. More

Buying and selling your cars at CarMax is safe and saves your time. You can buy a car and return it within 10 days without loosing money if your mechanic doesn't approve it or you didn't satisfied .It is am your time. I found multiple pro with my car after purchasing the vehicle they said they went over. Some problems were fixed others were not. So know I have a car with a cracked windshield that I just got. My just glad the car run good and these thing are just cosmetic. But I’m very disappointed in my experience. I will not be buy my next car from carmax. I bout a car from a rental company and it was in better condition then this one was. More
