I found multiple pro with my car after purchasing the vehicle they said they went over. Some problems were fixed others were not. So know I have a car with a cracked windshield that I just got. My just glad the car run good and these thing are just cosmetic. But I’m very disappointed in my experience. only 3 stars, the truck and my salesperson were excellent. bought the truck in California but it was titled in Arizona. i live in Texas and today i took care of the title ppwrk and plates, and had excellent. bought the truck in California but it was titled in Arizona. i live in Texas and today i took care of the title ppwrk and plates, and had to pay sales tax again. another $2500, Ok car-max this should have been explicitly explained that NONE of the California sales tax will apply when i trsfr the title. i paid cash and went to California to avoid the giant trsfr fee. i am not an interstate title trsfr expert. this was my 4th car-max purchase. not good.
