This is one of the greatest experiences i had. Speciall mention to Joe Rodriguez for his relentless efforts to find our preferred color combination from sister dealers. After it is found, he made sure we are informed and arranged the time slot to close the sale. Without Joe and his army, i couldnt have got this best. And my son is delighted that everything happened and he got the one that he wished. After verbally closikg the deal, Joe went over all the add on this dealership is offering including extwnded warranty. He explained clearly what every offer is and how it assures we are good for lokgterm ownership. Carlos, the finance, is so welcoming. He went over all the documentation and clearly explained everythijg what i am signing for. He also went over whatmanufacturimg warranty covers and advantages of takikg extended warranty. It is so nice talkikg to him. We had fun talk on dallas wearher and food options. On the other side, rodriguez is there thru out and made sure we are feeling vood with the process. He explained all the features while i was doikg the test drive. And the release process is also smooth. Overall, as a returning customer, i purchased cr-v couple of years back, at the same dealer, i recevied best crew inludikg Joe, who worked with me and made sure i am gettimg the best deal and experience at this normnreeves honda - huntington beach dealership. I really found that buying my new to me car was really easy, and I did not have to worry about anything. Denise Rice who helped me, listened to me about what I wanted and got it for me. I have not bought a car in like 19 years. The reason I needed a car is because my old car was wrecked by a drunk driver. I was nervous about whether I would get a loan, but when I met with the finance department, I was approved. I went to look at a car on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, and walked out with it the same day. Ali, the Finance Manager, make sure I got the best rate for my loan. I even called my insurance company to have a new policy written for me on the spot. I can't thank Denise Rice and Ali Tanbakuchi enough for making my experience so great. Thank you.
