I started coming to this dealership when it was Shingke Sorings Honda absolutely loved the service and prices. However, since the new ownership things have changed. Prices have increased without warning. Please tell customers when they are making appointments that this changes have taken place so they don’t get sticker shock. I could not believe how much my oil change had increased. Also,since the new ownership took over, I no longer get coupons. With the economy the way that it is in its current state, I depend on those coupons for my oil changes and services. I trust Honda to provide honest work, but it costs keep rising I will have to get my services done elsewhere.

I went in for an oil change but later discovered my tie rods were cracked and old, I ended up deciding to get those done as well and the parts came in 1 day! he was super sweet and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend going to him. I watched him with other customers and he made sure to take ample amount of time with every person including myself! If you are looking for fast reliable knowledgeable service I recommend going to him and AutoNation Honda Roseville service.
