My Honda Service representative, Freddy, was outstanding, from beginning to end. I took my car for an oil change and other related mechanic check-ups. Thr sales person we had, John, was easy to talk to and we did not feel we were being "handled". Once we found the vehicle we wanted, the financial rep was very accommodating.
