To whom this may concern, since the person who was here negotiating back and forth was Hamid, I am sorry you feel we let you down, as our goal is for every guest who visits us to leave our facility feeling satisfied or better informed. With that said, I have investigated your claims, and they don’t align with the facts. I understand that you are a used car dealer, and this deal didn’t make sense to you, even though it was the best deal we could offer. When you were asked to leave, it was done professionally. There were no other clients in the showroom, as you were still being assisted past normal business hours. We regret that you feel this is about race, as the salesperson assisting you is of Middle Eastern. We sincerely appreciate all guests, regardless of their background. We feel blessed and fortunate to work in the Bay Area, where both our clients and employees represent a wide range of ethnicities.
